The sad thing is that the govt takes so much from those who would much prefer to share with people who are trying instead of those who have entrapped *themselves* in the system by not caring. My company has just developed an awesome plan called Your Economic Stimulus, but the sad reality is many people don't even have the ability to invest the small start up cost in it, regardless of the ROI or the 100% satisfaction guarantee safety net. I am typically the enternal optimist, but I am afraid that the situation is going to get much worse for many people. Only those who have studied successful people, what they do, how they think, and who implement what they study will fare well in our 'changed' economy. Thankfully we have a God who cares for us in spite of our govt. Hopefully there will be an upswing in your RE biz soon.

Terri,
I thought I was the only one going through the same thing.
I can't tell you how tough it has been, but your article has given me inspiration. As I sit with my last $100 in my wallet, and the piles of bills due, I trust that G-d will open doors for me.
Being a Realtor is tough, but I never thought it would be this tough.
One things for sure, the government has no interest in helping us.
But your right, G-d does.
