My company has just developed an awesome plan called Your Economic Stimulus, but the sad reality is many people don't even have the ability to invest the small start up cost in it, regardless of the ROI or the 100% satisfaction guarantee safety net. I am typically the enternal optimist, but I am afraid that the situation is going to get much worse for many people. Only those who have studied successful people, what they do, how they think, and who implement what they study will fare well in our 'changed' economy. Thankfully we have a God who cares for us in spite of our govt. Hopefully there will be an upswing in your RE biz soon.
